Olivier is CTO at Avalia Systems, which he co-founded in 2016. His background is in applied research in software engineering, with a particular interest in human factors. Previously, Olivier was full professor at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland. Olivier holds a Ms.C. in CS from Fribourg University (Switzerland) and a Ph.D. from Hiroshima University (Japan).
