Erica is passionate about the arrow between the two boxes in the architecture diagram. How do we make that arrow easy to establish securely? And how can we observe and operate it? After over ten years in FinTech, primarily leading API Platform strategy and engineering teams, Erica recently started working at Tetrate, where she continues to focus on enabling organizations with strategies for allowing access to service APIs within and outside of Kubernetes.
